Call the office

If you have questions about your usage, you can always call the office to request detailed information. Along with having access to your history of statements through our account management software, we can see a monthly record of your usage. Using a metering platform, we can look up specific periods of time to see how your usage changes from hour to hour. 

When viewing your online account

You can view usage graphs/grids through your online account. These graphs/grids allow you to view usage based on location and/or service. Under "Detail Level" you can select billed to view the monthly usage that was billed to you for that month or you can select metered to see daily usage. There are drill down options on top of the graphs/grids that can be selected to see a closer look at a certain period of time. The slide bar on top of the graphs/grids allow you to magnifying the usage data to a certain period as well.

Follow the instructions below to find these usage graphs/grids:

1. Click "Account Login"
2. Enter your account login information
   1. If you haven't set up an account online you will need to click "Register" and enter information in the required fields
3. Click "Services" on top
4. At the bottom of the page you will see a usage graph show up
   1. Use different selects/options on top of the graph/grid to view drilled down data
